Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using The Filmy Diary website and booking our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your booking date.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the final event date.
• In case of cancellation, the advance deposit is forfeited to cover lost booking opportunities.

3. Service Delivery & Copyright

• We aim to deliver final photos and videos within the mutually agreed timeline (usually 4-8 weeks).
• The Filmy Diary retains the copyright for all images and videos produced. Clients receive a personal use license.
• We reserve the right to use the footage and images for our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the shoot.

4. Revisions

We allow a maximum of two rounds of reasonable revisions on the edited cinematic videos. Any further major changes or re-editing may incur additional charges.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances

The Filmy Diary is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, equipment failure, or sudden illness. In the rare event of equipment failure, we will do our utmost to provide a backup or an alternative solution.
